Terms and conditions

This page (together with the documents referred to in it) tells you (“you” means the individual reading these terms and conditions) the terms and conditions on which we (“we”, “us”, “our” and “33n” means 33n Limited (“33n Ltd”) offer Education Courses for Continuing Professional Development (“Education Courses”) and is to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Website use (“General Terms”). If there is an inconsistency between any of the provisions of this agreement and the General Terms, the provisions of these terms and conditions shall prevail.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing an education course. You should understand that by purchasing an education course, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Whilst we will make every effort to keep changes to a minimum, we may make amendments to the terms and conditions at any time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes to technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our systems capabilities. By continuing to use 33n websites and platforms/channels, you agree to accept any changes made to the terms and conditions.
You should keep a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.
1. Course booking, delivery and cancellation
1.1 Booking for education courses is completed individually via the 33n website and Calendly. Payment for individuals can be completed directly via the link to Calendly by credit or debit card. Payment for group bookings is via invoice to 33n (LSA@33n.co.uk).
1.2 Education courses are usually delivered online in a hybrid format. The format for delivery is confirmed on the booking page for each course.
1.3 If you have any requirement for reasonable adjustments, please advise the Learning Support Administrator (“LSA”) at the point of booking and they will ensure these are actioned for you: LSA@33n.co.uk
1.4 Invitations for online courses will be sent directly to you from the LSA prior to the course date.
1.5 If joining instructions for your education course have not been received four working days ahead of the commencement date, then you must contact the LSA. For payments made after this point, joining instructions will be sent as soon as possible from payment receipt.
1.6 Certification for education courses is in digital format only. Certificates will be sent to you by email once the course is complete and any post course work has been submitted and approved. Please note that certificates will only be issued if the post course survey has been completed.
1.7 Education courses require a minimum number of delegates to run. If a course fails to meet this number, it may be cancelled. If a course is cancelled by 33n, the LSA will contact you by email with reasonable notice where possible to offer an alternative date. If a suitable alternative cannot be found, a full refund will be offered.
1.8 You may cancel your booking or amend it to an alternative date up to 14 working days ahead of the Education Course date.
2. Payment
2.1 All payments for education courses via the Calendly link on the 33n website must be received ahead of the date the course is due to take place. If paying via invoice payments must be received no later than 14 days prior to the course taking place.
2.2 Payments made by you within 14 working days of the date that the course is due to take place (working days are defined as Monday to Friday for the purposes of these Ts and Cs), will be non-refundable.
2.3 Allocation of a place on an education course is only guaranteed once payment has been received. Confirmation of both the payment and place will be issued by the LSA once the payment has cleared.
2.4 All course rates are payable in pounds sterling (GBP) are inclusive of value added tax (“VAT”) unless stated otherwise. VAT for education courses is payable whether you are based in or outside the UK.

3. WiFi/training virtual platform access
3.1 For courses delivered virtually, it is your responsibility to have both access to adequate Wi-Fi, and to ensure you access to Microsoft Teams prior to course commencement date.
4. Comments, compliments and complaints
4.1 Should you have any issues or feedback on anything related to 33n education courses, we advise contacting our LSA by emailing LSA@33n.co.uk in the first instance.
4.2 To allow us to attend your concerns in the most appropriate manner, please include the following information when raising a complaint:
• Your name and contact details
• Booking reference (if applicable)
• Full details of the failure of service including any dates, location, and witnesses
• How you have been affected
• The outcome you would consider a satisfactory resolution
4.3 If your problem cannot be resolved, 33n has a complaint procedure which can be followed to escalate further. Please contact LSA@33n.co.uk for more details.
5. Data protection
The personal data that we collect from you and hold is important to us and is handled in accordance with our privacy notice. We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. You can be assured that where you are asked to provide information by which you can be identified that it will only be used in accordance with the privacy notice.
